Fuel cells output power depends on the operating conditions, including cell temperature, oxygen pressure, hydrogen tempureter . In each particular condition, there is only one unique point for a fuel system with maximum output. Thus, tracking (MPPT) controller needed to increase efficiency of PEMFC systems. this paper an efficient method fuzzy logic proposed MPPT proton exchange membrane (PEM) cells, boost converter. FLC adjusts PEM by tuning converter duty cycle. To demonstrate performance algorithm, simulation results are sumulated in two cases, normel condution and variation temperature .the algorithm fast convergence, high accuracy very low fluctuations tracks
